Before you can connect your thermostat or set up schedules, you’ll need to add a home in the Bryant SmartHome app. Your home serves as the central location for your devices, zones, and settings.
During Onboarding (First-Time App Setup)
If you’re opening the app for the first time, you’ll be guided through onboarding automatically.
Sign in with your Bryant account.
When prompted, tap Add Home to begin setup.
Enter a home name (e.g., Main House, Vacation Cabin).
Enter your full address — this enables location-based features like SmartSave and local weather.
Complete the steps to finish connecting to your Wifi, and proceed to add your thermostat.
Once onboarding is complete, your new home will be listed on the Home screen.

Add Additional Homes (After Onboarding)
Option 1: From the Home Screen
Open the app and sign in.
On the Home screen, tap the down arrow next to Home name (top left).
Tap Manage Homes.
Tap + New Home.
Enter your home’s name and address, then tap Add New Home.
Option 2: From the Profile Section
Tap the Profile icon on the bottom right.
Select Manage Homes.
Tap + New Home.
Enter a name and address, then tap Add New Home.
Each home you add will have its own devices, zones, and thermostat settings - perfect for managing multiple properties, i.e., Airbnb or vacation homes, from one account.
