Consumer Portal (web app)

What is the Consumer Portal? What does it do? How does it differ from the SmartHome App? Is my account accessible on the Consumer Portal?

The Bryant Consumer Web Portal is the web-based version of the SmartHome app. It gives you access to most of the same features available on the mobile app - right from your desktop or laptop browser.

You can access your account at my.bryant.com using the same verified credentials that you are using for the SmartHome app.

What You Can Do in the Consumer Portal

  • Adjust your thermostat remotely

  • View system status (heating, cooling, idle)

  • Create and manage temperature schedules and comfort profiles

  • Enroll in and manage the SmartSave program

  • Add or manage zones

  • Access your profile and system settings

  • Connect directly with Support

Note: You’ll need to log in using the same (verified) email and credentials used in the mobile app.

What’s Not Available in the Consumer Portal (Web-Only Limitations)

  • Vacation Mode is available exclusively in the mobile app.

Note: To access these features, please download the SmartHome app from the App Store or Google Play.

Trouble Logging In?

If you’ve used the old Home apps or haven’t logged in recently, try resetting your password using the “Forgot Password” link on the login page of the app or web browser.
